Report a bug or request a feature

The fastest way to get a bug fixed or a feature considered is the public board at decide.sleekplan.app. Post it there and I will see it. Bugs and feature requests both belong on the board, where other people can pile on and vote things up, which genuinely helps me decide what to build next.

For anything that doesn't belong on a public board, billing, your account, or something private, email [email protected]. I read every message and aim to reply within two business days.

It speeds things up if you include a link to the poll or page you are asking about, plus a short note on what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Billing and your account

You can manage a paid plan, update your card, download receipts, or cancel any time from the billing portal in your account settings. To compare what each plan includes, see Pricing.
